Zero Glycemic Sprouted Almond Butter Cups

Yes, these are SWEET treats, and YES they are not just low glycemic but, they are actually ZERO on the glycemic index!!! I have found a new love of STEVIA and my former self would be shocked. Although I’ve always known we could use stevia to help boost the level of sweetness with another whole food sweetener, I never thought using only stevia could actually be delicious – but you know what… IT IS!! Or perhaps that’s just because the other sweeteners are NOT an option right now.

Sometime soon I will post about the anti candida Body Ecology Diet that I have taken on in a high raw fashion. But, for now I’m just gonna start sharing with you the zero glycemic recipes I come up with that rock, my sugar free and very specifically food combined world!

These luscious and sexy little bites are made using homemade, sprouted and probiotic almond butter. I may post on how to make the butter, but for now I did make a video to walk you through the very simple process. If, you don’t choose to make your own, just purchase one of the high quality raw almond butters on the market. At the very least make sure it is pure, raw almond butter without anything added to it.

A tidbit to tempt you; The spice cup will bring back all the feelings of the fall, pumpkin spice, everything nice Holiday season, while the Mocha Hearts remind me of sitting at a cafe sipping on a latte and biting into some dark chocolate ~ YUM!!! All this without the glycemic load and all of the ingredients being prepped for optimal digestion  😉

These are super, super easy to make – 5-10 minutes to make and 20 to set. That’s it, so easy. Try em’ out and let me know what you think! LOVE!
