Gluten-Free Hamotzi Challah


Chef Chaya’s Gluten-Free Challah is made from Gluten Free Oat Flour, all gluten-free ingredients and all kosher ingredients. This is a traditional style Challah Bread, sweet, soft and delicious. If you are using it for Shabbat, Oat is one of the 7 grains that is permissible for the Hamotzi Blessing. Chef Chaya prepares this Challah according to the traditional Laws of Baking Challah and she says the specified blessing for making the bread kosher. This is the same bread that Chef Chaya makes for her own family to enjoy for Shabbat.
