Creamy Coconut Chia Porridge
Chef Chaya’s Coconut Chia Porridge is rich, creamy and nutrient dense with just the right amount of sweetness (and no added sweeteners!!!). It is a healthy, hearty, whole family, crowd pleasing, guilt-free indulgence. Serve it for breakfast cold or gently warmed on the stove (with a sprinkle of cinnamon for a warming treat) with fresh fruit, chopped nuts, cacao nibs or your favorite granola. Eat it plain for a mid afternoon snack, or have a bit for a satisfying and healthful after dinner sweet (you could even drizzle a bit of maple syrup or honey over it to make it even more dessert like).
