Live Food Kitchen Consultations

Become proficient in knowledge and power within your body, mind and kitchen. Chaya Ryvka will come to your home for 5 or 8 hour shifts and guide you through effectively creating a supportive kitchen environment for living in the live, learning basic to advanced food prep techniques depending on your need and proficiency, creating a daily menu outline to support your specific dietary needs, introduce you to superfoods and nutritional supplementation of the highest quality, recommend reading material for your level of knowledge, and guide you overall to further progress on your journey to radiant health and well being. The focus of your time can range from any specific area of your need or desire. The choice is yours; creative expressions and experiments are welcome and encouraged.

Rates:
Hourly phone consultation: $60.00 per hour
5 hour/half day consult: $275.00
8 hour full day consult: $420.00
$15.00 extra per hour for each additional participant
($25.00 per hour for travel outside of the Berkeley, East bay area. Please call or email for out of town, daily, or week long rates.)
