This class will provide tools and techniques that will utterly delight even the greatest of skeptics any time of year. Along with these traditional tasting recipes you will learn to marble, create raw, vegan, gluten free cookies using a dehydrator and get the basic concepts of working with raw chocolate. This will be a fun and informative class!
