This is a delightful Salad that highlights some of the most potent treasures of the Autumns Harvest. We mix bitter greens with pomegranate, pear and fuyu persimmon in this most delicate, sweet, savory and fresh combination!
3 Tbs. walnut oil
1 Tbs. coconut vinegar
½ tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. raw honey
Whisk by hand until all ingredients are emulsified
½ bunch dandelion greens, torn or chopped into 2 inches segments
1 head frisee, torn
pinch salt – to taste
Place above ingredients in a bowl.
Toss with salad dressing.
1 fuyu persimmon, quartered and sliced
1 ripe pear, sliced lengthwise into thin strips
Gently incorporate into salad.
Serve on plates and top with remaining ingredients or top with remaining ingredients right in your salad bowl and then serve.

4 Tbs. walnut pieces
